Firms with a CFP on staff had more than $300,000 more in revenue than firms with no CFP, according to the 2004 FPA Financial Performance Study, a study of 638 financial advisory firms sponsored
In addition, owners who are CFPs had more than 50 percent greater pre-tax income in their practices than their non-CFP certified counterparts.
