JIM MARKEL: In our current bookkeeping system, we, you know, with the retail management system there is an oversight in the way these systems work, there's opening and closing amounts, and you know, standard operating procedure for a retail operation. Before we had this system, you know, we were wide open for fraud. And I'm not saying that it's not possible because there's ways to break any system. But any more, people pay by credit card. I mean, you see very little cash coming into businesses these days. I mean, I don't have a dollar in my wallet right now. I use my check card for everything. And that has prevented a lot of fraud in itself. But the flipside is, people will steal from you off your website using somebody else's credit card. And what we've done is, we basically, we look at every order before processing it. We put a human on it, and that does it, you know, that stops it, if not cold, it gets most of them.
