Elliott Davis, based in Greenville, S.C., admitted Joseph A. Boyle as a shareholder in the firm's Financial Services Industry Group. ED generated $29.1 million net revenue in FY02. The firm has 32 shareholders (including Boyle), 259 total staff and eight offices.

Ireland San Filippo of San Jose, Calif., admitted Patty Chantler to partnership. She works in the firm's Gilroy, Calif., office and previously was its manager. She's the firm's first female partner. ISF has FY02 net revenue of $14.6 million, 17 partners, 86 total staff and five offices.
