Belzer to its Public Interest Council, an independent advisory council that provides additional oversight to the firm's professional and business practices. Belzer is MP of the Kansas City, Mo., office of law firm Bryan Cave. He replaces Tom Stewart, MP for the law firm Lathrop & Gage in Kansas City. Patrick Conroy was named vice chairman and national managing principal of the consumer business practice for Deloitte & Touche USA. He is based in Cleveland and previously served as leader of the consumer business practice in the Great Lakes region. Conroy succeeds Tara Weiner, who recently became MP of the firm's Philadelphia office. David Williams is the new head of the valuation practice at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, a subsidiary of D&T USA. Williams has led the Central Atlantic regional practice since 2002. The practice has 35 partners and 260 total staff. He is based in New York.
