Reznick Group of Bethesda, Md., named Joel Cohn as co-principal in charge of the Baltimore office. The other co-principal is William T. RSM McGladrey brought a new member to its senior leadership team: Courtney Wood, who becomes the firm's first chief program management officer. Wood will facilitate strategic development and implementation across all business lines. Most recently, Wood was co-founder and chief strategist of Cap Gemini's Center for Enterprise Creation.
