Robert H. Charron was named MP at Carlin Charron & Rosen of Worcester, Mass. He succeeds Bruce Carlin, who died Oct. 2 (see IPA E-Mail Alert, Oct. $. He helped co-found the firm in 1997. CCR has FY03 net revenue of $29.9 million, 13 partners, 238 total staff and five offices.

Rhuda III was appointed to lead the new Boston office of San Francisco-based Novogradac & Co. (FY03 net revenue of $19.7 million, 10 partners, 148 total staff and nine offices).

Gumbiner Savett Finkel Fingleson & Rose of Santa Monica, Calif, shortened its name to Gumbiner Savett. The firm has FY03 net revenue of $13 million, 12 partners and 80 total staff.

O'Sullivan Creel of Pensacola, FIa., admitted Lori Kelley as a partner. She is a tax specialist. The firm has FY04 net revenue of $12.5 million, 22 partners and four offices.

Porter Keadle Moore of Atlanta admitted Patrick Tuley to partnership. He joined PKM in 2003 from KPMG, where he was a partner. He specializes in tax. The firm has FY03 net revenue of $6.3 million, seven other partners and 46 total staff.

Reznick Group of Bethesda, Md., named Joel Cohn as co-principal in charge of the Baltimore office. The other co-principal is William T. Riley, Jr. Also, the firm admitted seven new principals: Nelson Gomez, audit specialist in the Bethesda real estate practice; Charlotte, N.C.-based Allan Kitchen, audit specialist in the affordable housing practice and member of the firm's national audit and accounting committee; Atlanta-based Wendy Langlais, who specializes in tax consulting services to the real estate industry; Bethesda-based Russell Phillips, audit specialist in the real estate practice; Bethesda-based Lorraine Reale, who serves commercial, closely held and nonprofit clients; Tara Sherbert, who leads the Charlotte real estate consulting group; and Karen Smith, based in Bethesda, an audit specialist in the affordable housing practice. Reznick group has FY03 net revenue of $90 million, 52 principals, 591 total staff and five offices.

RSM McGladrey brought a new member to its senior leadership team: Courtney Wood, who becomes the firm's first chief program management officer. Wood will facilitate strategic development and implementation across all business lines. Most recently, Wood was co-founder and chief strategist of Cap Gemini's Center for Enterprise Creation.

Tofias of Boston admitted Paul Languirand as a principal, the firm's non-equity partnership position. He services clients in the wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, retail and professional services sectors. Tofias has FY03 net revenue of $22 million, 28 shareholders, 21 principals, 128 total staff and two offices.

Warren Averett Kimbrough & Marino of Birmingham, Ala., admitted Stephen C. Schaaf and Beverley S. Virciglio to partnership. Schaaf specializes in management consulting, financial reporting and tax compliance. Virciglio's expertise is estate, trust and taxation. WAK&M has FY03 net revenue of $18.5 million, 26 partners, 134 total staff and three offices.

WithumSmith+Brown of Princeton, N.J., admitted Ted Nappi as a shareholder. He is based in Red Bank, N.J., and specializes in financial and estate planning. WSB has FY04 net revenue of $31 million, 32 partners, 170 total staff and seven offices.
