The R2N from Robot Coupe is one of the best selling commercial food processors in industry history. Featuring a one-half horsepower direct drive motor coupled with the versatility of both a bowl attachment and continuous feed vegetable prep attachment, the R2N is a virtual workhorse in commercial kitchens around the world. The availability of 21 different processing plates allows for a great variety of sizes and textures in slicing, shredding, grating and julienne cuts.

Robot Coupe has always been a leader in innovation and design of food processors, and in this tradition has developed a greatly improved continuous feed vegetable prep attachment that will enable operators of the R2N to perform veg prep tasks faster and with improved consistency. The continuous feed veg prep attachment has been modified by increasing the height of the hopper by two inches and changing the shape of the hopper from a half-moon shape to a larger kidney-shape opening that increases the overall capacity of the hopper by 20%. The additional height of the veg prep attachment allows long cylinder shaped vegetables such as carrots and cucumbers to stand up straighter in the hopper, delivering a more consistent finished product when slicing, grating and shredding.
