United to Upgrade

United Airlines is working to improve their passenger experience with an investment of $4 billion over the next five years. 250 initiatives will be instituted in order to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance employee and passenger satisfaction.

Glenn Tilton, Chief Executive of the airline had this to say: "The ambition of our five-year plan is to position United to be the global airline of choice for premium customers, employees and investors, maintaining our fundamental commitment to safety and balancing the needs of all of our stakeholders."
