Sugars ain't sugars
The Billington's sugar company is now supplying its Light Muscovado, Dark Muscovado, Demerara and Molasses styles of unrefined sugars to Coles supermarkets. Billington's said its varieties were manufactured
The company said its Light Muscovado was the "world's best" light brown and had a creamy fudge flavour which was perfect for cakes and biscuits, while its Dark Muscovado carried a natural toffee flavour which was great for marinades and chutneys.
