Roosevelt University honors Steve Belmonte

Chicago's Roosevelt University recently awarded the Manfred Steinfeld School of Hospitality and Tourism Management's Lifetime Achievement Award to Steve Belmonte, who recently resigned as president and CEO of Ramada Franchise Systems.

Belmonte received the award at a fund-raising event in Chicago

in late February. Proceeds from the event, including a $50,000 donation by Belmonte, will be used to fund scholarships for hospitality management students.
