The 16,500-square-- foot facility includes four VIP treatment rooms for couples, plus eight individual treatment rooms, a steam room, Jacuzzi baths and a nail salon...Cincinnati-- based Cole + Russell Architects and their design build company, Tetra Group, are finishing construction of the 175-unit Homewood Suites in Washington, DC, just four blocks from the White House. Strict zoning and building department requirements resulted in a dignified design that relates to the prominent and historic aspects of the neighborhood. The design solution combines a rich palette of materials with traditional roof forms, carefully studied proportions and meticulous attention to detail.

...& IMPROVED: The Grand Bahamia, Freeport, the Bahamas, will undergo a $30 million redesign and renovation this year. With Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo as architects and Pamela Temples Interiors of Orlando providing interior design services, the project will include a multi-story, 925-room hotel, four restaurants, common area and casino...Coral Sands Hotel on Harbour Island, the Bahamas, completed construction of a new 10,000-square-foot wing located a short stroll from the hotel's main building. Features include large apartment suites with kitchenettes and living areas. The structure includes 12 new rooms, that can be combined in groups of three for multi-room apartments.
