La Quinta offers franchisees outsourced FF&E purchasing
La Quinta Inns recently signed a deal to outsource FF&E purchasing to Benjamin West. LaQuinta will invest more than $60 million over the next three years improving its company-owned properties.
In addition, the company will offer the same outsourced purchasing program to its franchisees
Butch Cash, president and CEO of La Quinta, said outsourcing the company's purchasing would save between 12 percent and 15 percent on purchases.
