Hanson Aggregates

Hanson Aggregates commissioned their new Perch Hill Aggregates Super-Plant in Wise County near Chico. The plant replaces their older Perch Hill operation and is expected to produce seven million tons per year (7 MTPY) of aggregate products. Modern automation will achieve high utilization reduce waste

and fines generation.

The plant was constructed and commissioned by Roberts & Schaefer Company (R&S) of Salt Lake City. Design has been the collaborative TEAM effort of Hanson and R&S. Major suppliers of equipment include: McLanahan, Sandvik, Texas Crusher, LPT, and Tabor Screens.
