Rogers launched his career with senior management positions at prominent advertising agencies including Campbell-Ewald, Lintas:New York and Tallant-Yates where he managed such leading worldwide brands as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Lipton, Walt Disney World and Eastern Airlines.
