My one card- what is your one?

Sunday, October 21 2007

We discovered in our business (NationLink Wireless®) that keeping goals in front of everyone and discussing them often has helped everyone get more of them accomplished. Then we discovered that by having a "my one" goal/task for the day helped everyone stay focused on what was most important to get done that day. We have 5x7 cards made that say "My One" on the top and each morning everyone writes down and posts it where they can see it the one thing they "must" get done- and everyone gets them done. Imagine- all of your people getting their top priority done each day- what would that do for your business.
