My company employees 20 people and every one for them go to war each day with blood in their eyes and a purpose in their heart. Now, that feeling that these people have doesn't come naturally- you have to give it to them. You have to give them a purpose- a reason to be there early and stay until the tasks are done, a reason to treat each client as if that client was their mother and held their allowance for them on Friday, a reason to care what happens in your business everyday. That reason can be a lot of things - we have chosen one thing to rally around and make this work for everyone. We call it e3 and with e3 everything has meaning in our business. E3 is simply easy, experts and entertaining. You have all heard me talk about this before but my point is for each business owner to find that one thing that everyone can understand, make it a priority, practice it everyday and repeat it a lot. I recently heard it put like this. Have a few rules and repeat them over and over. Now go create your own warriors and win all your battles.
