Hernandez: We’ve always resisted going through the headhunters but I think at this point in time, we are, “OK, that’s where we’re going to go.” And I think the benefits of finding people through employment agencies is that they are able to do screening processes that small business are not set up to do. So I think -- say for example, we had an employee who gave us a copy of his driver’s license, gave us a copy of his insurance and probably a month after he gave us a copy of his driver’s license, the state took his driver’s license away from him for insurance fraud. And he didn’t tell us and the state didn’t tell us, so here he was, driving our truck with no insurance of his own and no driver’s license. Well, we can’t screen all that stuff but an employment agency can screen: “Do you have lawsuits pending against you? Do you have tickets outstanding?” They can find that kind of stuff that we can’t find. So we have come to the conclusion that we’re going to try the employment agencies.
