JIM MARKEL: The web guys are very savvy when it comes to keeping hackers out of your system, but they tend to be kind of one-dimensional, you know, they're very techno smart but they're not so consumer-shopper smart, let's say. And I've had to bring them along in that regard, and that's part of having a good partnership with them. Don't expect them to have all the answers. They're very good on the technical side, but be careful- they'll try to productize your website, and you know, frame it down to the point where it works like a machine. Well it should work like a machine, but it also has to interface with your customer.
