Continue Recruiting When You're Not Hiring

As your business grows, you will always have jobs that need to be filled quickly, and you’ll face the same choices in job advertising and hunting for good resumes – with perhaps a few new online players from time to time.

In anticipation of the hiring needs that may be down the pike, you may benefit from networking and maintaining an employee referral program, just to continually let interested people know about you.
