At Lenox (originally Amer. Saw & Mfg., E. Longmeadow, Mass.), the producer of bandsaw blades and power-tool accessories, Bill Burke leaves the post of president to become group president for tools & hardware of parent firm Newell Rubbermaid. Burke, who was VP and general manager of a Black & Decker

division before coming to Lenox, will retain responsibility for the North American Lenox business until a successor is named at a later date.
