WellMasters has established itself as a water-drilling company in the industrial, commercial, and municipal markets, and has the capability to grow 20 percent annually.

The Bad:
Since purchasing the company more than 18 months ago, the owners have yet to make a profit.

The Bottom Line:
WellMasters believes the barriers to growth and profitability are new equipment and finding the right personnel. We think having a forward-thinking business plan would also help.
